Victims of the lack of transparency, legal fraud, misunderstanding, and the "[[judicial review]]" problem tell their stories.
Folks interested in civil service have a chance to learn about these problems and react to them.
Someone suggested there should be a call to action in a documentary. I propose two for consideration:
#Current and potential future employees of the agency are invited to develop a strong moral backbone and plans for dealing with superiors who encourage malfeasance.
#Authorities implicated in the stories victims have told are invited to correct the problems they have caused.
